Hawa Mahal :
Founded by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh in the year 1799 is the 5 storied
astonishing semi-octagonal monument. It comprises of 152 windows, latticed
balconies specially designed for the royal ladies to enjoy the processions
on the street below.

Jantar Mantar (Observatory) : Built by Maharaja Sawai
Jai Singh II in 18th century, it is an observatory used to study the
movement of heavenly bodies, stars in the sky. The main specialty is the
huge sundial that still provides accurate time.

City palace/ Museum : Located in the heart of the Jaipur
City, it houses Diwan-E-Am (Hall of public audience), Diwan-E-Khas (Hall of
private audience), Mubarak Mahal with its intricate decorations and rich
collection of costumes and textiles.
Timing 9.30 to 16.45 hrs. Entry Fee for Indians Rs. 35.00 and for
foreigners Rs.150.00 inclusive of entry to Jaigarh fort.
Jalmahal : Amidst the Man Sagar Lake crowns a small
palace with its entire architectural splendor, is a great source of tourist
attraction.
Nahargarh Fort : 15 kms. from the main town built in
1734 the fort is perched on the hill at a height of 600 ft. The colossal
walls of the fort surrounds the architectural elegance like Hawa Mandir and
Madhvendra Bhawan.

young girls sing songs of love and about the rain. The festival is dedicated
to Goddess Parvati.
Makar Sankranti : celebrated on the 14th of January,
every year with enthusiasm, it is also known as a kite flying festival,
millions of kaleidoscopic kites can be seen in the sky of Jaipur on this
day.
